Flournoy Yacht Charters is owned and operated by Chip and Pam Flournoy. Both are United States Coast Guard 50 Ton Master Licenced Captains with Inland and Near Coastal License. We both have extensive experience in the most of the lakes and inland waterways of the Tennessee River Valley region, the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coastal area, the Gulf Coast and Intercostal Waterway system, and in the Caribbean waters surrounding the United States Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and the Spanish Virgin Islands.
